May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is an important time to reflect on mental health and empower ourselves to help other Union members who may be struggling with mental heath issues. While negative attitudes and stigma associated with mental health have decreased over the years, it is important that Union members have the resources needed to meet these issues head on – so we can create stronger workplaces and communities!
