Open enrollment for UFCW Unions & Employers Health & Welfare Fund is Open November 8 – December 15, 2021. You must enroll even if you have no changes to make to your healthcare plan.
To enroll over the phone, call 770-997-9910 or call toll free at 800-241-2136. Due to issues with the online enrollment system, calling and speaking with a representative is the easiest way to do your enrollment right now.

Extended enrollment hours are now Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm Eastern time and Saturday hours are available December 4th & December 11th from 9am-4pm.
